Yes they are ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST, however in the detail break up we have shown the tax amount for your reference.

For Online payment, we accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.

We provide Cash on Delivery. Check on the availability by entering your pin code  during checkout. All engraved and personalized products are not eligible for COD.

We offer our FORO jewellery in 18karat or 14karat.

We use only the best within your budget and that is why we offer GH VVS-VS and GH-SI color & quality diamonds.

We want the fire and brilliance in your diamonds to remain forever hence we try to offer the best available quality within your budget.

Need not worry, if the gold weight goes higher you need not pay additional.

Returning a piece is made extremely easy and friendly. We want you to be satisfied  with FORO products. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days from the shipment date. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QA team. This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. Our QA team will review the returned product.  Keep in mind that engraved and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange, however Lifetime exchange or Buy back is applicable.

In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

FORO  is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are  unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of FORO.

Foro reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.

Alternatively if at some places our logistics partner is not serviceable then we will send you a FORO tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.

Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by FORO. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of FORO jewellery. Reimbursement of the shipping charges shall be credited to the customer.

 

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days. And if the order needs to be exchanged or returned post 15 days, shipping charges of Rs 500 shall be deducted towards refund / exchange. The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.

 

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

The refund will be credited to the original source of payment bank transfer in case of cash payment.

At FORO we pay great attention to quality check But incase this has happened please don’t stress, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a fresh one.The exchange or refund will be processed once it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days

All our products undergo thorough quality check before it reaches you, so incase your jewelry requires repair we would fix it for you free of charge within 15 days of purchase. To initiate the repair process, kindly connect with us by dropping us an email on contact@foroworld.com or call @ 022-41781234 . In case your FORO product requires repair beyond 15 days of purchase, we are glad to assist you . In this case, additional charges will be levied on a case to case basis which will be communicated by our team , before we commence the repair work.

We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within 15 days of purchase, beyond that the shipping charge of Rs 500 shall be charged.

Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item, instead a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes have lifetime validity.

Pieces with engraving are specially made for you hence cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from FORO within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the discount, free gift items or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

* The prevailing market rate and final valuation pertaining to gold / diamond / gemstone / loose diamonds will be determined by our FORO QA team
In case of Exchange, store credit shall be given to the customer, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer. Store credit will have validity of 6 months.
In case of Buyback, the payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer.
In case of solitaire /loose diamonds / solitaire customised jewellery ; for exchange / buy back the stone has to be returned to our registered office address by the customer in person / customers authorised representative.

We’re regret to inform that you are unable to transfer your credit from one FORO account to another. Only the account holder can access and use the credit.

We only use swiss pure gold with Master Alloys. For 18 karat 75% is pure swiss gold and remaining 25% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold. In case of 14 Karat 58.5% is pure swiss gold and remaining 41.5% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold.

 

The master alloy used in our jewelry is from Legor Group S.p.A, Italy. This makes our jewelry wear resistant, non-oxidized, perfect for everyday wear and forever.

We use only the best within your budget and that is why we offer GH VVS-VS or GH-SI quality diamonds.  We have the best source for diamonds and all our diamonds are sorted and graded for its consistency and later the final product is certified by a third part laboratory like SGL for its authenticity.

You can rely on us that each piece comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity . Your diamond jewellery comes with a certification from SGL for its authenticity of the diamonds and BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

Your jewelry is BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

All the diamonds are natural and graded as per GIA (Gemological Institute of America)  standards.

GH is the color and VVS-VS – SI is the clarity of diamonds.

GH is ‘near colorless’ as per GIA color scale.

VVS – Inclusions, so slight they are difficult for a skilled grader to see under 10x magnification’ as per GIA

VS  – Inclusions are observed with effort under 10x magnification, but can be characterized as minor’ as per GIA

SI – The diamond may have obvious inclusions or imperfections that are clearly visible under 10x magnification.

When our pieces are not worn, we recommend storing them separately in a lined box provided or in soft pouch, so that they don’t rub together or become tangled. This helps prevent scratching and maintains color.. You can avoid applying scents, lotions and sprays near to your jewelry, alternatively it is advisable to put your jewelry on last or before heading out.

To retain the lustre of your jewelry soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of liquid soap. You can use a soft brush to clean and then pat dry with a dry cloth. Take care to use warm water only to clean your gold and diamond jewelry.

Yes absolutely you can wear it daily provided you can keep it away from detergents, chlorine, perfume, soap, shampoo, ultrasonic and liquid jewelry cleaners. Enamel used in Foro jewelry is handmade and delicate, it can chip and fade in color, so handle your jewelry with care.

We offer digital gift cards for your loved one. Please select on Gift card under the Gift section and add it to the bag. You have an option to select your preferred value. A code shall be emailed to you and simply enter this code at checkout. The value of the gift card will be automatically deducted.

FORO’s digital gift cards have a lifetime validity.

The procedure is very simple, you can redeem the gift card during checkout. While doing the payment , enter your Gift Card number in the field labeled ‘Discount Code’. The total for your purchase( including tax) , will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, the difference amount will have to be borne by you.

If the the value of the FORO product what you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, the difference will have to be borne by you. And if the value of the FORO product you choose is lesser than the value of the gift card, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases. The amount will get reflected in your FORO account.

One coupon can be used for one transaction and the company retains the right to decline any coupon/deal depending on the availability and the offer – terms and conditions. Any coupon code cannot be clubbed with any other free gifts, promotional offer or other coupon code.
