Our diamond jewellery comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity from SGL and the certificate can be viewed on their official website too.

All our jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and hallmarked for the purity of gold.

BIS Hallmarked Gold

All our jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Each piece is certified / hallmarked and the HUID is mentioned on the invoice.

Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number is a six digit Alphanumeric code consisting of numbers and letters. HUID will be given to every piece of jewellery at the time of hallmarking and it is unique for every piece of jewellery. The jewellery is stamped with the unique number manually at the Assaying & Hallmarking centre.

The HUID is visible online on the BIS portal (App name -BIS care)

15 Day Return

Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, we will be happy to help you. We offer an exchange or 100% refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refund will be processed post inspection by our QA team. To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused, all the tags must be attached and original packaging intact. Shipping charges will be on us.

Engraved and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange, however Lifetime exchange or Buyback is applicable.

Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services. The order is packed in special boxes, tamper proof covers and sent straight to you, and free of charge. Our general shipping time is 2-3 business days post dispatch

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from FORO. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. or gold jewellery,
