We want you to be satisfied to have Foro products. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase and a store credit within 30 days . This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. Keep in mind that engraved and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
In case of solitaire /loose diamonds / solitaire customised jewellery ; for exchange / buy back the stone has to be returned to our registered office address by the customer in person / customers authorised representative. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Foro is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "Delivered / Received" by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of Foro.

Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging of FORO box and do remember to include the original invoice and quality certificates.
As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a FORO tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by FORO. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
In some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of FORO jewellery.

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
The refund will be credited to the original source of payment bank transfer in case of cash payment
At FORO we pay great attention to quality check But in case of any manufacturing defect or incorrect product, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a fresh one. The exchange or refund will be processed once it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days.
COD is unavailable for solitaire loose diamonds.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back Policy
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from FORO within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the discount, free gift items or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

Kindly note:-
* The prevailing market rate and final valuation pertaining to gold / diamond / gemstone / loose diamonds will be determined by our FORO QA team
In case of Exchange, credit shall be given to the customer, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer. Credit will have validity of 6 months.
In case of Buyback, the payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer.

Hallmarking:- All our jewellery is hallmarked and certified under license number 7790745108. The charges for the same are included in the making charges.
Customers can get the purity of the hallmarked jewellery verified from any of the BIS recognised Assaying & Hallmarking centres.
